Stefano Provenzano

Growing up in Ottawa, as the son of a successful self-employed business owner, Stefano always understood the value of hard work and dedication. His career path began as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry, where, for over a decade, he supported the economic development of his beloved city of Ottawa. After years working at a financial institution and upon completion of his certification as a Mortgage Agent with the Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada, Stefano co-founded Plus Lending with his close childhood friend Tyler. He harnessed his knowledge and expertise in securing funding and the development of properties from his years in construction to help his mortgage clients’ dreams come true. Stefano has a natural ability to make his clients feel at ease and is renowned locally for his willingness to think outside the box. He attributes his team’s enormous success and growth to his strategic alliances with realtors, returning clients, and to business partners who appreciate his commitment to service. When he is not busy helping his clients, he enjoys cooking, golfing, mastering his craft as a musician, and spending time with his family and friends.
